A coaching platform for coaches and their clients

Ourse is my flagship personal project — a two-app coaching platform I designed, built, shipped and now run entirely on my own. It's the product where I get to be the founder, the engineer, the designer and the support desk all at once.

The coach side is a React web dashboard for building programs, managing clients, running video sessions, scheduling and getting paid. The client side is a React Native mobile app where people follow their programs, log workouts, join challenges and message their coach. Both talk to a shared Firebase backend of 250+ Cloud Functions handling payments, quotas, notifications, analytics and GDPR.
